How Custom Ordering Works

1. Place your custom order directly through our website.
2. After checkout, email us with your order number and preferred denim wash, interior fabric, and any inspiration you have in mind.
3. We’ll discuss available fabrics and finalize your design before production begins.
4. Once your selections are confirmed, your handmade Sweetie will be brought to life!

Production Time: Up to 2-3 weeks after final design confirmation.

Care Instructions: Spot clean recommended. Cold gentle wash when necessary. Air dry only.

Custom Order Policy

Each custom order includes a personalized design consultation to select your exterior denim and interior fabric, along with one round of design confirmation.

To ensure timely production, additional design changes, special requests, or extensive revisions may incur additional fees.

Once your design selections have been approved, production will begin, and further changes may not be possible.
