Returns & Refunds

Each Sweet Cocoa And Co. piece is thoughtfully handmade in small batches, and many of our items are created in limited quantities. Please review product descriptions, measurements, photos, and other details carefully before placing your order.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, sizing, color preference, or other personal preferences.

Because our pieces are handmade, slight variations in stitching, fabric placement, pattern positioning, quilting, and other details may occur. These small variations are part of the handmade nature of each Sweet Cocoa And Co. piece and are not considered defects.

Personalized and custom items are also final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible (withing 3-7 days) after delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Items showing damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery are not considered defective.

Custom Orders & Processing Times

At Sweet Cocoa And Co., every custom creation is thoughtfully designed and handmade with care. Because each piece is individually crafted, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for custom orders to be completed.

During peak shopping seasons, holidays, and periods of high order volume, processing times may extend to 3–4 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we take the time to ensure every Sweetie receives the attention to detail and quality it deserves.

Please note: Processing times do not include shipping or delivery transit times. Shipping begins once your custom order has been completed.

If you are ordering for a special occasion or specific date, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order to discuss availability and estimated completion times.

All custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except as required by applicable law.
